Indianapolis Cars and Coffee Commission

I was commissioned to design business cards and a well designed identity for the local Cars and Coffee meet here in Indianapolis.  It has definitely been fun working with Casey this summer and getting to know a ton of people at Cars and Coffee -- not to mention rounding up some good business!  It's been a blast - check out the business card design!

Go green.

Shot this Tesla a few weeks ago for a private commission and I'd definitely have to say I'd go green for this car.

0-60 in 3.7 seconds.

All torque - all the time.

If the recharge length wasn't so long I'd call it a top of the list car for me.  Sadly, a 12 hr recharge for 300 miles isn't a plus for me.  But hey, it's a gorgeous car, so enjoy the eye candy.

Hoonin' around and lightning storms.

Had the chance to shoot a WRX this last week on a rallycross course close to Indianapolis, and boy was it fun...I'll say this for the WRX - it may not have the lines of a Corvette or Ferrari, but the sheer magnitude of fun and handling that thing pumps out is phenomenal.  Here's two pictures from the shoot so far, be sure to stay up to date with my Facebook page to see more -- but also be checking out the blog for sneak-previews that will be shown here first instead!  I'm sneaky like that.

Speaking of being sneaky...I had a commission to shoot a Tesla the following day.  THIS CAR.  Is awesome. That's basically what it comes down to.  0-60 in 3.7 seconds ALL torque? Yep, it's a thrill.  One of the interesting things about this car is they use part of the same exact manufacturing method (the tub) as Lotus.  Interesting, but not original.  I hoping we see some more interesting designs from Tesla soon as they start making their mark in the sports car scene.  Retailing for around $109,000, 300 mile charge, and a 12 hour re-charge time -- I introduce the Tesla Roadster Sport.
